Prova: Intense garnet color. The aroma reveals notes of red fruits, stewed fruits, and hints of floral notes (violets), well integrated with the elegant aromas from oak aging. On the palate, the aromas harmonize with the wine's enveloping texture and firm, yet silky tannins. The natural acidity provides freshness and contributes to a pleasant persistence on the finish. An excellent wine to accompany mature red meat dishes.
